Using this form, you can establish a new membership or renew your membership for the upcoming year.
Membership dues are $30.00 per year (SGVAUG membership runs from 1 January to 31 December, not starting from the month you join).
Until we are able to accept payments on-line (coming soon?), you can either pay at the meeting subsequent to your signing up, or you can mail a check to:
