FIRST, SOME BUSINESS:

1) A UGNN reader reported a broken link to the article:
>> 06 Mavericks How-To: Integrating Maps Into Your Workflow

Try this:

or: http://bit.ly/1aGO744

2) Long time friend and UG pundit Del Missier wrote:

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

3) Last SAD NOTE:
Someone “redacted@aol.com”, who was a subscriber on AOL, decided to report the InfoManager as SPAM. As ridiculous as that may seem, it worked. A number of AOL users have written to ask why they no longer get InfoManager since mid October. Well, that jerk on AOL is why.

Please, could ONE user on AOL send me a little note to say you got this, I would certainly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Fred

13 Quotes: What would Steve say?

You can’t just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they’ll want something new.

Sometimes when you innovate, you make mistakes. It is best to admit them quickly, and get on with improving your other innovations
– Steve Jobs
