Just got off the phone with Marilyn: she had been at Target (for something else completely different), and saw a huge line of people. She inquired, and was told if your iPad (all the way back to 1st gen) meets these two criteria:
- It turns on
- The screen isn’t scratched
then Target will exchange it for a Target gift card!
