01 Net Neutrality: FCC Chief, Arizona techies, Telus, The storm before the calm, and more

Things seem to be moving along toward some real action, but when you look at the big picture, there’s not much to be done. The FCC governs only the U.S. and since the Clinton administration unleashed the Internet to ICANN, the international governing board, rogue ISPs and registrars abound.
