He manages a group specializing in the testing of audio interface and MIDI keyboard controllers for computers, with a focus on performance and compatibility. He has been with M-Audio since 2001 and has an extensive knowledge of the past and present product lines.In addition to a brief discussion of the pros and cons of OS 10.6,Alex’s presentation will include demonstrations of the following products from the M-Audio line:

  • Oxygen 25: This 25-key USB MIDI controller features eight assignable knobs, plus dedicated transport and track select buttons. Also, to avoid conflict with the MacWorld expo in San Francisco and the Presidents Day holiday, we will not have a meeting in February. We will resume meetings on our regular “Third Monday” schedule on March 15th.
