On Monday, December 20, 2010, the SGVMUG will hold its Annual Meeting, during which we will conduct the Election for the Board of Directors. We invite all of our Members to consider volunteering to be a candidate to serve on the Board. There are twelve positions available.
The Board members of the SGVMUG are all volunteers. Therefore, the Group is dependent on the good efforts of those are willing and able to organize and produce our monthly meetings, our website, and the other activities we provide for you.

Apple’s recent presentation wasn’t short on changes, enhancements, or modifications and gave us many new updates and items to look forward to. This month’s meeting covered all of Apple’s new product upgrades and announcements which include – a revised Apple TV, iTunes 10, new iPods, etc. Billy Chang offered an extended presentation. Watch for more about Apple’s new Ping social network for Music Lovers.
David Whitby spoke about the Finder, highlighting some current problems/inefficiencies and some interesting enhancements to increase your productivity during his Tips and Tricks session. Also: our regular monthly features, including Q&A and our fabulous monthly prize drawing. This month’s top prize was the Snow Leopard edition of David Pogue’s fine “Missing Manual” series for OS X.
